Ayrelynn R. Williams was born in Harlem, NY. Ayrelynn discovered her love for community service as a teenager while working with the Y.S.O.P.(Youth Service Opportunities Project) organization in NYC. She worked as a food server at multiple soup kitchens and participated in environmental preservation projects. In her later years, she volunteered as an advocate for the   S.A.V.I.(Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention) program based at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Being aware of the social issues that plagues her community such as: poverty, lack of education, homelessness, etc - she decided to be a change maker.

In 2016, she set a goal to feed 100 homeless/hungry people. This goal was reached with the help of her family and friends when they delivered 100 brown bag lunches to NYC's homeless /hungry population. After this successful initiative, Ayrelynn had a vision to do more for her community and founded "The BBJ Project" with her daughter Queenasia.
